Brown Sugar Shortbread Cookies
1 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 1/4 Cups Flour
Cream 1 cup butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar thoroughly.
Add 2 1/4 cups flour and beat at low speed until combined and well mixed.
Form one inch balls, placed 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet and stamp with your favorite cookie stamp designs.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool and enjoy!
