Almond Butter Cookies


1 Cup Butter or Margarine

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/4 tsp  Salt

2 Cups Sifted Flour

1 tsp Almond Extract


Cream 1 cup butter with 1/2 cup sugar until combined.

Add 1 tsp almond extract and mix.

Add 2 cups flour and 1/4 tsp salt, mixing well. Chill dough.

Form one inch balls and stamp immediately with your favorite cookie stamps.

Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool and enjoy!
