1/2 Cup Cornstarch or Tapioca Flour
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Sifted Flour
3/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
Granulated Sugar (optional)
Stir together 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1 cup sifted flour in a bowl.
Mix in 3/4 cup butter to form a soft dough. Chill for 1 hour.
Form into one inch balls, and roll in granulated sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and stamp with your favorite cookie stamp designs.
Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool and enjoy!
